D&D Initiative & Combat Tracker
Run smoother fights with a free initiative and combat tracker that auto-sorts every combatant by their initiative roll. Track current HP, conditions, and death saves for players and monsters alike, all on one screen. It is made for D&D 5e (2024) and runs entirely in your browser on desktop or tablet at the table. Designed by a professional Dungeon Master in Thessaloniki — when you would rather be a player than juggle the math, book a session and leave the bookkeeping to me.
Frequently asked questions
- How does the initiative order work?
- Enter each combatant's initiative and the tracker sorts the turn order automatically. Add or remove creatures mid-fight and the list re-sorts instantly so you always know who acts next.
- Can it track HP and conditions?
- Yes. For every combatant you can adjust current hit points, apply or clear conditions, and toggle death saving throws, keeping the whole encounter's state visible at a glance.
- Is it free and does it work on a tablet?
- It is completely free and browser-based, so it runs on laptops and tablets without any install. Bring it to the table or share your screen for online games.
